Dear Freedom Seeker:
Last week, after performing a Funeral I drove slowly through the South Florida Veterans Cemetery. Rows of white stones stretched across the earth like quiet prayers. Each name, each resting place, a testimony to sacrifice, service, and the price of choice.
In the stillness, I played my own psalm now on Insight Timer. It is not of war, but of remembrance. For the freedom to choose presence over numbness. To serve in a new way, through compassion, truth, and sacred listening.
Veterans gave us more than protection. They gave us space, to question, to become, to speak, to transform.
So today I honor not only their courage, but the freedom they protected:
The freedom to live aligned.
The freedom to be whole.
The freedom to choose the path of healing.
This is the freedom I serve now.

PS: It was an honor to honor Sheldon Portnoy’s memory and walk beside his family in their grief and mourning. May his legacy continue to bring strength and comfort.
